Moving likes on my post from my WordPress blog to my new WordPress hosted

  Hi,

  I switch to a self-hosted site from my wordpress.com blog. Is there a way I could transfer my wordpress.com post likes to my self-hosted site?

  My wordpress.com site is https://writingandalcohol.wordpress.com while my self-hosted site is
  https://thehappyoikos.com/

  Hi there, I know that it is possible to transfer stats and followers, but it might not be possible to transfer existing Likes to your new WP blog even with the jetpack plugin enabled.

  Here’s what it says on the jetpack site https://jetpack.com/support/likes/

  My Likes Disappeared?

  If you transfer your site from WordPress.com to self hosted, or change the site URL settings, your Likes count will be reset and start counting again.

  @writingandalcohol I can confirm post likes are not transferrable to a new host. Sorry about that!
