Moving links with Titan theme

  At present I am using the Titan theme which displays links at the bottom of the page. I want to move Links to top right-hand of page, but Titan doesn’t allow this.
  Can I use the CSS editor to over-ride this behaviour, and if so, can I have any advice of what bits to change?
  I had in mind using the free option until I find if what I am trying to do will actually work. I have a little experience with CSS within HTML-generated pages.
