Moving main blog to WordPress while using wordpress.com upgrade for second blog

I recently upgraded my blog to WordPress.com (Premium, $99 per year).

This is working well, but I am considering migrating by blog to WordPress.org.

Of course, if I do this, then, of course, I will not be eligible for any refund of the $99 I paid for the upgrade (it’s been more than 30 days).

So I was thinking about migrating my blog (transferring all post and followers) a new self-hosted blog at WordPress.org, but also starting a new blog at the old Premium upgrade WordPress.com account.

    3 questions.

    1. Is this compatible with WordPress policy, or is it forbidden? (It’s better to ask first, otherwise there may be problems).

    2. Is it actually possible to do this? (Both the transfer, and migrating all posts and followers?)

    3. If it is both possible and permissible, how would this affect my options for naming my blog domain?

So would I have to change from wallacerunnymede.com to wallacerunnymede.org, and then have a new .com blog on a different theme?

Or would the .com blog have to remain wallacerunnymede.com, and the .org blog would be required to have a new name but same content and followers as the old one?

Sorry for the complexity of the question. I wasn’t sure it was appropriate to split the question into three posts, as they are almost inseparabl.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am also wondering about applying a paid Premium subscription to a blog other than the one originally specified. Subbing this thread, thanks.
