Stupid question, but Is there any way to get someone to just move it for me? I am not computer literate at all, that is why I am coming here since weebly is not user friendly.
-
I am sorry but that is not an option. You have to do this and I tagged this thread for Staff to help you through the process.

Hey there,
If you’re able to get your XML file from Weebly, I may be able to assist you. Unfortunately, Weebly doesn’t have an option to export one. You’ll first need to import your Weebly feed to a platform that can import an RSS feed, and then export an XML file from there. If you have a WordPress.org site or know someone who has one, you can import the RSS feed from your Weebly site to WordPress.org and then do a WordPress.org to WordPress.com import. Sorry, it’s a pretty involved process.
You will need to keep the Weebly site accessible until the import to WordPress.com is completed.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

is it possible to just start all over with a new site here? I just need to get my name to the new address. It is just too confusing for me to figure out how to move the whole site. I am fine with just moving the name if that is possible.

Of course!
You can get started here: https://wordpress.com/start/themes
Let me know if you have any questions! Of course, you can copy and paste your posts from your Weebly site to your WordPress.com site if you do not have too many of them.
Thanks!

You will need to map the domain over to WordPress.com:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
It costs $13 a year for the domain mapping subscription. You will also need to point the nameservers over from wherever you are hosting (Weebly?) your domain to WordPress.com. Those instructions are also in the link above.
let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

right now the name i have here is tohfarmsdotcom, but I need it to say tohfarms.com
Do you currently own tohfarms.com or do you need to register it?
If you do not and want to use that as the custom domain for your site, you can follow the instructions here to register the domain:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
If you want to change your current WordPress.com URL address from tohfarmsdotcom.wordpress.com to tohfarms.wordpress.com, you can by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/
Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.
For detailed instructions/information on changing your blog name, please visit our support document:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Oh excellent, one more question (probably not the last!). Will I lose my old site once I map it? In other words should I build the new site first since I will be doing so much copying and pasting?

No, not at all. You’d only lose your site if you decide to delete it yourself. I wouldn’t advise that until you get all of your content off of the site. Even then, if there is an option to just privatize the site, I’d do that instead of deleting it altogether.
Here is more information on Weebly and deleted sites:
