There is no such thing as a carbon copy. You can export and import your blog content, not the theme. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

All versions of themes here at WordPress.com have been adapted to run on this multiuser software. None of our themes can be exported and used on WordPress.org installs. However, if you search you will find a version of the theme for WordPress.org. You need to use the export function to move your content. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

so if wordpress<b>.org</b> also supports my theme, which is Oxygen (they do, i checked). then i set up the theme using the program i download, export my xml file from worpress<b>.com</b> then import into worpress.org’s program and it should be the same correct?

You move content and content does not include the customizations you made to any theme nor does it include custom menus. You have to set up all over again with the wordpress.org version of the theme.

but that wouldnt be that hard right? id just have to set up the names of the pages again, and sort them according to what i want again correct?
if its a matter of just re-organizing…then transferring the site from one to another, should be fairly smooth correct?
