Moving my blog contents

  How do I move my blog contents to new blog at wordpress.org. or have access to the files and data base for the blog so that I can export it?

  hire a web host
  purchase a domain name
  upload a WordPress.org install
  export content > http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
  import content > http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
  export/import links > http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/
  copy and paste text widget content to move it
