  moving my blog from a VPS to wordpress.com. want to know if the guided transfer service will help?

  also, i have the premium package and wondering how to send support an email..

  Guided transfers only work going from WordPress.COM

  You can export from your other site and import into here

  You can email support (at) wordpress.com – but from what I have read it can take a bit to get an answer back – much quicker to just ask in the forum here – if your fellow bloggers don’t know the answer we flag the question for the staff to help
