moving my blog posts under a new page: blog

  hi,
  im looking to have my about me as the homepage and the blog posts to be viewable under a different page: blog.

  any advice would be great,

  Make the about page the static front page and then create a blog page for your posts as outlined here: http://support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ .
