Moving my Blog to a new hosting help and i want to download my premium theme!

  I cant move to a new host since, i cant log in to cpanel and FTP, and i want to download my premium theme that i buy from wordpress. Please help.

  To explain, Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
