Moving my domain

  I am currently with WIX. I wanted to move my domain to WordPress but when I saw the charge was $300.00 I was very disappointed. That is almost 2x what I am currently paying? Your site says its only $25.00 for a business plan so why am I being asked to pay $300.00?

  There are three different WordPress.com paid plans you can use if you want to transfer or map a domain you already own. The top plan is the Business plan. The example shows monthly costs but any upgraded plan needs to be paid for annually in advance. You can pay for two years in advance to receive a discount.
