Moving my earlier stats

  Hi!
  Hi I have recently transferred my wordpress.com blog Pratsmusings.com with custom domain to self-hosted wordpress blog. Is there a way I can transfer my earlier stats to the self-hosted wordpress. I have Jetpack installed and subscription options enabled. Can you please do this for me as soon as possible?
