Moving my email subscribers

  Hello,

  I have an ongoing email campaign with mailchimp and have 5 stranded email followers that I can see under Site Stats > My Followers > E-mail only followers.

  I can manually port their information to mailchimp, but how do I remove them from this list so they will not receive my notifications twice?

  Just click the Remove link next to their name.

  Hi there,

  You need to go to My Site ->People in order to remove them. You can’t do that from the stats page.

  However, I won’t advise adding them to MailChimp manually without their express permission. That might both be against MailChimp’s terms, and is illegal in several countries.

  When those followers signed up for notifications on your site they agreed to receive notifications from WordPress.com, not from MailChimp. I recommend you leave that choice up to them.
