Moving my followers from a .com to a self hosted domain

  I recently moved my wordpress.com blog (myfoodstoragecookbook.wordpress.com) to my self hosted (domain) blog http://myfoodstoragecookbook.com/. Browsing around on the internet I read some option on your support site about moving the blog followers of my .com blog to my self hosted one. Can you help me somehow to move them to my self hosted domain? I already installed Jetpack on it. But I can’t find any follow options or transfer option in there.
