Moving my followers to a self-hosted website

  Hi guys,

  I really hope someone can help me out with the following issue:

  I moved my blog http://www.thefimeofficial.wordpress.com to http://www.thefime.com
  My wordpress had 105 followers and now I have lost them all.
  Since the theme on my wordpress (Sketch) does not allow me to see their email addresses, I do not think there is anything I can do about it but if anyone knows a way around this, please help.

  Hi, I can help migrate subscribers.

  However, the WordPress.com account that you are posting from does not seem to be to owner of http://www.thefimeofficial.wordpress.com/ nor does it have http://www.thefime.com connected to it via Jetpack.

  Can you log into the WordPress.com account that owns both of those and make the same request please?
