Moving my prior subscribers

  I have changed the name and domain of my blog site, and have completely rebuilt it. Although I imported the old site into the new one so I would have all my blog posts archived and available, the subscribers from the old site didn’t seem to move over. Is there a simple way to accomplish this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you please let me know the addresses of both your old and new blog so that I move the subscribers for you?
