Moving my site

Hello, I want to move from wordpress.com to wordpress.org through my local host (afrihost). I cancelled my premium subscription, but I need help moving the domain or the dns settings? (Sorry not to much of a techie on the jargon). Would you please help me do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

eastparkpharm.co.za is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.
So all you need to do is to make sure that you have changed the domain’s nameservers to point to your new webhost. This is something you could do at your registrar.

You will need to talk to your domain registrar. That is not something we can help with for a domain that is not registered through WordPress.com.

I spoke to my service provider and they sent me the following:
Hello Ronelle,I could see that you have installed WordPress from Softaculous on the domain “eastparkpharm.co.za”.
However, if you want to load the domain from Afrihost server, the nameservers must be changed to Afrihost. Please confirm this change the nameservers.
You will have to contact WordPress to obtain the backup of the domain. Once they provide you with the backup, please upload the backup to the domain via FTP and we shall restore the backup file.
