Moving my site

    We have had a website for 4 years it is hosted by Reg123 and was built in Adobe, the chap that built it for me at my request has recently transferred it from adobe to Word Press (still hosted by Reg 123 – I have just paid my annual subscription)
    So my website is in Word Press but it is not performing (its very slow to load and the video we use to explain our business is low resolution) the chap that set it up in WP did so on your free service and I now want to move to a paid one how do i do this and is there a live chat support to help me

    This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

    There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

    I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.
