Moving my site from .org to .com what happens to the image files?

    I’ve attempted to move a site from a .org site to WordPress.com

    I exported the XML file and have imported it into WordPress.com, and it seems to work ok. However, I’m not sure of the image files have been transferred or if the new site is simply pointing to the image files on the old server still. I want to cancel my old hosting server package, but I’m concerned it will delete all the images from my new site?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    BTW, the site it says I want help with is not the actual site, I haven’t taken the new site live yet.
