Moving my stats and subscribers to self hosted wordpress

I would love to move my stats and subscribers to my self hosted wordpress. The domains are the same- http://fruitfulkitchen.org
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. What is the WordPress.com address of the blog from which the subscribers must be moved, i.e. yourblogname.wordpress.com?
You will need to install the Jetpack plugin to your self-hosted site before you can transfer the subscribers. You can actually move your subscribers yourself using the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
If you run into any trouble with that, please let us know, as I’m tagging this for staff in any case to transfer your stats.

hi kokkieh. It was formerly thefruitfulkitchen.wordpress.com, but I purchased and used the domain name fruitfulkitchen.org before moving to self hosted.
I’m not in the least bit technical, and would love help in moving my subscribers and stats.

It looks like your Jetpack connection happened before your domain was fully set up. Can you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack?

O my! I just did that, and now my new stats and subscribers are lost as well. I’m back to zero

No worries. I can get those back for you as well. We just want to make sure you’re on the right domain so if you get disconnected inadvertently, Jetpack can find the right site and your stats + subscribers won’t disappear. :)
If you’ll disconnect and reconnect one more time, you’ll be all set!
