Moving My Subribers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org self Hosting (Jetpack)

  Hello, I am wanting to move my subscribers from my WordPress.com site to my WordPress.org self hosting.
  1.) I have jet pack installed
  2.) I have the Jetpack activated
  3.) I have configured the plugin to connect to my WordPress.com site and the icon in my WordPress.org is green letting my know I have successfully signed in and connected to my WordPress.com site from my WordPress.org site
  4.) I have the subscription module enabled and configured
  5.) I have the sidebar (jetpak widget) in my home page side bar
  6.) I have notified my subscribers and followers of the site and hosting change
  I am ready to transfer.
  My domain name is http://www.dopechicstyle.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
