Moving my subscribers

  Hi there!

  I have moved my blog to a self hosted site – http://nextphaseinfitness.com.au and I have followed the instructions you provided here on moving my subscribers: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

  I’ve installed JetPack, activated the subscriptions module, added subscriptions to my sidebar and linked up my WordPress.com account for my current blog http://nextphaseinfitness.wordpress.com/.

  The last instruction is for me to contact you to request that you move my subscribers across to my new website, I trust that this is the place to request this?

  Please let me know if you require any further information and thank you kindly for your assistance :)
