Moving my subscribers

  Hi,

  I have transferred my blog to http://www.10086sunsetblvd.com
  and would like to find out how to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com site at http://10086sunsetblvd.wordpress.com. I have already installed the JetPack plugin.
