Moving my Subscribers

  I would like to move my subcribers from
  http://teaistea.wordpress.com to
  http://teaistea.gsassoon.co.uk
  I have activated the Jetpack plugin and the subscriptions module is activated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, Did your ever get your subcribers moved? I’m having trouble contacting wordpress to get this done. Any advice?
