Moving my Subscribers

Halo! I need to move my subscribers from my old blog (http://gitapsblog.wordpress.com), to my second blog (http://gitasiregar.wordpress.com). At first, I know that I can just change the url, but I wanted to create a new image/impression of my blog to a more serious one, so I thought that creating a new blog will be easier.
Most of the content of my old blog will still be relevant to my new one, but my new blog will have a more serious and focused atmosphere. I already read the guide (https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/), and it says that I should contact WordPress from this form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/.
However, I’m not sure whether this is the correct way to contact WordPress for this issue, since I think the forums is not an appropriate place for this… However, it’s what the guide said, and I don’t know where else to contact, so… I’m going to follow the guide…
Anyway, that’s my story. Now, the main request of this is:
Please move my subscribers from http://gitapsblog.wordpress.com, to http://gitasiregar.wordpress.com.

Moving your subscribers is meant for when you move the same blog from one place to another, in that the exact same content is now located in a new place. If you’re starting a new blog, please post an announcement on your old blog to let your followers know that they can subscribe to the new one if they’d like to keep following what you write there. :)
