Moving my subscribers

I have done all the work with JetPack installed, and I now need wordpress to move my subscribers to resonare.com/blog. Please let me know what needs to happen to make this happen.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This was supposed to be a direct message to the wordpress.com staff, as it says to contact them to have them move my subscribers, but the directions here are very confusing. I did not realize I was posting to a board. This is pretty bad customer service!
