Moving my subscribers for me

    Hi there,

    I understand that even though I have moved to a self-hosting site, that you can move my subscribers for me. If so, I would like to ask for your help.

    Just to let you know, I have a jetpack widget installed on the right side of my site, but within the plugin, it says this error: 400: Jetpack: [invalid_site] Invalid site
    If you can help me understand how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate this.
