Moving my subscribers from my old wordpress to my new site

  I’m getting so frustrated because I did everything they asked me to do here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/ and they said to “contact us and we’ll take care of it in a jiffy” and it brings me to their main “contact”/support page with no additional information other than for me to search for my problem and they give me the same link as above. I don’t know how I’m supposed to get them to help me when they make it impossible for me to reach anyone. I’m getting a huge run around. Someone please help asap!

  Could you provide the URLs of the old site and the new site. If the new site is a wordpress.ORG then you’ll need Jetpack installed and activated. Staff will get around to this when they can, this has been tagged for their attention.

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you posted the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I have tagged this thread for their attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi there bdukes!

  Thank you for your time, I was wondering if it worked? I didn’t get my usual new post notification email (I was already one of the original subscribers to my site). Maybe I still need to wait for it to work. I’ll wait a day or two before posting another feature.
