Moving my subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted

  Hi,

  I’d like to move my subscribers over to my self hosted site. I have successfully found the step by step instructions. I have followed them. However, when I click on contact us to have the subscribers moved…it takes me to the support page. When I click on contact us on the support page…it takes me back to the instructions. Am I missing something? What should I do next?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  I haven’t been able to access my dashboard at all today. Does it have anything to do with the move? I keep getting an SSL connection error.

  No the transfer would have nothing to do with that. Please contact your host about this.
