Moving my subscribers to self hosted blog

  Hello,

  I need to move my subscribers to my new blog at: atmykitchentable.org

  WordPress.com instructions say to contact you for that.
  I installed Jetpack and subscribe is activated.

  but I can’t see a list of my subscribers (or their emails) anywhere.
  Any suggestion where I can find it?

  They should be in your Jetpack stats.
