Moving my Subscribers to WordPress.org

  Hi there, I recently moved my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. Blue Host moved it for me. Unfortunately, my subscribers were not moved over. Would you please help me move them over so they still receive emails when I publish a new post?
