Moving my wordpress hosting to hostgator

  I would like add optimize press to my blog and understand that I cannot add it at present. Is it possible to move my blog to hostgator and have it hosted there instead of hosting it at wordpress? If so, what must I do? I already have another wordpress blog hosted at hostgator and have optimize press installed so I just need to do the same with this blog.
