moving my wordpress website from my current hosting provider to wordpress hosting.

I currently have a themed wordpress website, currently being hosted by another provider. However, because of unforeseen circumstances I need to find a more reasonable hosting provider, as my finances are being affected by this circumstances. I would like to move my website to wordpress for hosting, but I don’t know how to do that. Help!

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
