Moving my WordPress.com followers over to my WordPress.org blog

  I want to move wordpress.com followers over to my new wordpress.org blog. I have 39 followers on my wordpress.com site and I’d like to bring them over to my wordpress.org site.

  My old blog : elbiocultural.wordpress.com
  My new blog: elbiocultural.com

  How may I do this please?
