Moving navigation menu below header?

  I notice in some of the Comet examples, some users have somehow moved the navigation menu below the header instead of the default above the header – how did they do that??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Appearance > Menus. Comet supports two (optional) custom menus, one above and one below the blog title etc.
