moving new test blog to a existing blog

    Hello, I have an existing wordpress blog which is located in my http://www.wallyspicephotograhy.com/blog directory. I bought a theme to create a blogsite from portfolioez.com which include wordpress and they installed it on my website in a directory called http://www.wallyspicephotography.com/annie. I set it up the way I wanted it before I made it live. Now how to I move the new wordpress blogsite from the /annie directory to the old active wordpress blog site in the /blog without losing all my exisiting posts,images and archives while keeping the new theme I just bought? I know that if I just copied the new blogsite into the existing the old blog, I would lose all of my existing posts and images. I don’t want this to happen. Note that the new site contains flash so it uses a index.php file instead of the old index.html file.
