Moving newly opened blog to another account (login/passsword)

  I’ve opened a new blog (Dyaneprovost.wordpress.com) At some point I will want to move this blog off my account and situate it with its own log in and password. I forget how that works or if once the address is taken you either have to delete the blog to release the address or be able to move it to its own specific account. Should I delete the blog to be able to reopen it on a separate account?
