Moving of My Subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

How can my subscribers from wehavebeencreated.wordpress.com be moved across to raymondthebrave.com hosted on Blue Host. I was told that it would be done automatically but I might have misunderstood. I could do with my 65 or so subscribers.

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

The above url names have changed in my new blog obviously and I have taken out the year/month/day and some of the names have changed due to seo requested changes.
