moving one post to another blog you own on wordpress?

  I am trying to figure out how to move one blog post from my one wordpress blog to my other wordpress blog, I own both blogs, I basically want to keep both blogs, but switch the blog titles or move all the posts from one to the other.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks, I did see this in the other help sections, but I think I was misunderstanding that it could go from my blog to my blog, and not from elsewhere to or from. I’m just learning this stuff, so thanks for not telling me what a dumbass I am for not following the instructions that were so clearly laid out for me.
