  Can you provide some more details on what you’re trying to do? What is the URL of the site you want to migrate from, for example?

  In order to move content from another site over to WordPress.com, you’ll first need to create a new site in your account by going to https://wordpress.com/start/site/ and following the steps.

  Then you can see the different migration options we support for various platforms here:

  https://transferto.wordpress.com/
