Moving picture below title up?

You get a number for a slug if you don’t type in a title at all, or if you delete the title before the permalink is formed.

This is a link to a screenshot I took, with a little annotation to show exactly what I mean. See at the moment, the titles of the pages appear in the navigation bar at the top (totally ok) – but then when you CLICK on those pages, the title appears a second time underneath, on the left hand side (where I’ve circled in my screenshot). What I want to be able to do is edit that “second title”, so that it says something other than simply repeating the title of the page as it appears in the navigation bar. Is that possible?” -
If you are using the custom menu feature, then yes you can.
Edit the page in question and change the title of that page (leave the permalink as it is). Then in the custom menu editor (if you want to change that text) click on the right end of the title bar for that page in the “menu” module, change the “label” and click save menu.
