moving pictures with in a page

  I have set up a separate page for my church. I have uploade 2 pictures to go with the prose. The pictures are in the wrong order. I have one large picture of the church and a smaller picture of a worship service but the small picture comes out on top and the main picture below it. I want it refersed.
