Hi immeami,
All WordPress.com sites have one “posts page” where posts are published by default. Any other page you create is static, meaning the content on it doesn’t change often if at all. Think of an “about me” page as an example.
Using categories and your custom menu you can create the illusion of dynamic pages. This tutorial breaks it down: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/

Thank you so much for that information! I truly appreciate it! I have another question…One of my post has disappeared. I was under manage post/page and I moved the post to the new page so I thought. When I go to the page it’s suppose to be on it’s not there.
