moving post to new blog

  Hello, everyone.
  I am trying to start a second blog. I want to move some of my old posts to the new blog without moving all of the posts. Is there an easy way do do it? I am not in the mood to re-type it all and have trouble blocking text.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
