  Is there a way to move posts from one of my wordpress blogs to another wordpress blog?

  Yes. Typed “moving a blog” into the searchbox here http://en.support.wordpress.com and located the relevant entry http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

  If you are moving a couple of posts then just copy and paste (use html mode if you did much formatting)

  Or set a new category – set the posts you want to move as member of the new category and export by category and import into the second blog. Then go back and deal with the duplicate content issue.
