Moving posts from a hidden blog.

  Supposedly I have a hidden blog that is still getting followers. I would like to integrate the posts from the hidden blog to my official blog. I’m ok with computers when it comes to fixing a virus or malware but give me something easy like cut & paste and I’m lost. Any help would be appreciated.
