Moving posts from one blog to another

As an extreme newbie, I’ve set up a blog called ‘Loitering With Intent’ and stupidly put some content (a few paragraphs) there instead of into the blog called ‘Promptly Written.’ I think I got too excited, to be honest. I tried to copy those paragraphs and paste them into the correct blog, but nothing seemed to happen. I only have 5 active brain cells & 3 of them are busy with a grocery list. Merciful help, please?

Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade the Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General … “save changes”.That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same but it’s better for SEO (search engine optimization) if they are the same.
