Moving posts from one wordpress blog to another

    Hi – I wonder whether somebody could help me out.
    I am trying to move posts from one of my blogs (chastanet.wordpress.com) to another (teardiary.wordpress.com). I have tried exporting from the former which creates an XML file on my c drive. I then imported this into the latter blog. I then receive an email confirming this has been successful, but when I check the teardiary blog no new posts have been added.
    I would appreciate any advice on what I’m doing wrong and how to get this to work.
