moving posts on my site

How do I move an already published post to a different location (page) on my site? I posted on my Homepage but want to move posts to new pages I have created.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All posts will appear on your posts/home page. You can create the effect of posts appearing on different pages by the use of a menu and category pages:
