moving posts to new page
-
I created a blog page and a new home page..then went to settings>reading to setup static home page and posts page. The previous posts (blogs) didn’t move to the new blog page. is there a way to move previous posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Here’s your static page titled “Blogs” — https://ideasnowball.wordpress.com/home-page/blogs/. The page is not assigned as your posts page at Reading Settings. You may do that now.
Here’s the URL that your “Blog” menu item is linked to — https://ideasnowball.wordpress.com/blogs__trashed/. To you’ll want to change that link URL.

The front page or homepage is set as your blog page (aka posts page). That setting may be changed at WP Admin Reading Settings, or at Customize > Static Front Page. See the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page.

I changed it back so people could see my posts. I will try again and greatly appreciate if you could check again.

By publishing a new post this seems to have worked. Thanks to all that responded. I am trying to use this site with out a lot of coding and technical intervention

Yes, it’s working properly now. The only thing I would suggest is that you not have your blogs page set as a child of the page “Home Page” as the URL indicates that it is: https://ideasnowball.wordpress.com/home-page/blogs/. But it’ll work that way.
