Moving posts to pages from Categories

  I would like to know how I can move Posts to the Pages on my website. Basiclly instead of using Categories clicked from the right hand side I would like to know how I use the pages at the top toolbar tabs to use the posts

  You can’t put posts in pages, but you can have the categories linked in your top menu.
  To do that, set up category links in a custom menu:
